<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cooperate an image storing function with an image processing function to achieve a high added value and high efficiency control. <P>SOLUTION: The controller is composed of an image data flow B1 and a process controller B2. The image data flow B1 comprises a digital image input unit 1, a digital image storage 2, a digital image output unit 3, and an image processing function mount 4. The process controller B2 comprises a task controller 5, an image processing function controller 6, a storage controller 7, and an image processing mount controller 8.
