<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fry-like sashimi food storable without losing freshness of raw food. <P>SOLUTION: The fry-like sashimi food is obtained by a method for producing fry-like sashimi food comprising the following process: coating a slice of raw fish meat, raw flesh meat or the like cut into a prescribed size with dough; freezing the coated slice of the meat so as to have temperature at -18°C to -40°C; frying the frozen slice in oil at 165-200°C for 1-3 min; and freezing the fried slice so as to have temperature at -18°C to -40°C, preferably at -25°C to -40°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
