<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent observation device, wherein excitation light emitted from one light source for excitation light can be introduced into a light guide or light probe in an endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: An endoscope 10 houses a light-guiding fiber bundle 16, an objective optical system 12 which focuses a subject into an image, and an imaging element 13 which takes the image. A light probe P is inserted into a forceps channel 10f in the endoscope 10. A light source device 20 houses a lump 24 which emits a white light, a condenser lens 21 which focuses the white light to the base end of the light-guiding fiber bundle 16, a light source for excitation 32 which emits an excitation light, a condenser lens 31 which focuses the excitation light to the base end of the light probe P, a mirror 58 which is movable for switching a light path of the excitation light to a light path toward the condenser lens 31 and a light crossing the light path of the white light, and a beam splitter 29 which synthesizes the light paths of the white light and the excitation light at their intersection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
