PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically edit photographed videos within a designated time. SOLUTION: In the video recording, data from exposure data, zoom magnification data and object distance data measured by a measurement section 24 are recorded on an optical disk 2 as a time or frame number function and in editing, these data are recorded in a recording section 31, then the data from the measurement section 24 is differetiated with a time to remain the video large in change.
