PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission extraction apparatus for transmitting a signal to a power line and extracting the signal from the power line and capable of reducing a reflection loss by means of ease of impedance matching. SOLUTION: A plurality of signal lines 2 (five signal lines in Fig. 1) are wound on a magnetic body 1 in parallel for a plurality of number of times. One-side ends and the other-side ends of the signal lines 2 are respectively connected to connection terminals 2a, 2b,..., which are provided with switches SW1, SW2,..., for opening/closing the connection terminals. An input section 5 outputs an input signal to a hold circuit 4 on the basis of an entered number of parallel connections.
