PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measured value correction method capable of correcting a measured repulsion degree of concrete 3 by a rebound hammer R into a hardness value, and a test anvil holding device. SOLUTION: This measured value correction method has a constitution, wherein a weight 1 is provided slidably in a rebound hammer body 4, the weight 1 is struck from the orthogonal direction onto a measuring surface 3a of the concrete 3 through an impact plunger 2 provided projectably and retractably on the rebound hammer body 4, and the repulsion degree of the concrete 3 can be measured by a rebounding amount of the weight 1 at the striking time. Each hardness measurement of a plurality of test anvils 5 having different reference values is performed respectively, and a relational expression (y=f(x)) showing the correlation between the measured repulsion degree x of each test anvil 5 and the reference value y of each test anvil 5 is determined, and the numerical value of y calculated by substituting the measured repulsion degree of the concrete 3 for x in the relational expression is corrected as a corrected hardness value y of the measured repulsion degree of the concrete 3.
