PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor capable of suppressing cracks occurring in a thermistor element in its sintering process. SOLUTION: The temperature sensor is equipped with the thermistor element 20 and an electrode 30 which is coupled with the thermistor element 20 and used for extracting a thermistor signal, and the signal output from the thermistor element 20 is taken outside by the electrode 30 for taking out the thermistor signal. The electrode 30 for extracting the thermistor signal comprises: an electrode section 30a positioned inside; and an electrode layer 30b which is positioned outside the electrode section 30a and made of a material whose hardness is 7/10 or less times that of the thermistor element 20.
