PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchrotron oscillation frequency control device and a control method thereof applying a barrier voltage by an induction acceleration cell synchronizing with circulation of a bunch. SOLUTION: The synchrotron 1 is composed of the induction acceleration cell 6 for applying a barrier voltage on the bunch 3; a switching power source 5b driving the induction acceleration cell 6; and an intelligent control device 8 composed of a pattern generator 8b generating a gate signal pattern 8a controlling turn-on and turn-off of the switching power source 5a, and a digital signal processing device 8d controlling turn-on and turn-off of a gate signal 8c serving as a base of the gate pattern 8a.
