PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain efficient short-time heating in heating of a food with non-superheated vapor. SOLUTION: In "steam warming mode", a blowing fan is intermittently rotated by control of a control device. According to this, non-superheated vapor filled in a passage extending to an opening 111a of a vapor injection pipe 111 can be burst out of a pot of a vapor generator and repeatedly and directly sprayed in a mass to a heating object through an outer nozzle of a vapor suction ejector and a third pipe. Thus, the heating object can be warmed to a predetermined temperature in a short time before the inside temperature of a heating chamber rises to a set temperature. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
