PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiseismic reinforcing method of a bridge constructible by simple work and capable of largely restraining construction cost without regulating traffic, alternatively, shortening time for regulating the traffic; a practical construction method and a device for realizing this method. SOLUTION: An interfilling material unit 6 is formed by fixing an interfilling material 8 on a baseplate 7 by installing guide holders A and B on an end surface 3a of an abutment parapet 3 forming an girder space 2, alternatively, an end surface 4a of a girder 4, and is inserted toward the inside from the side of the girder space 2 while sliding in response to the guide holders A and B, and the interfilling material 8 is arranged in the girder space 2.
