PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring-and-shaft fixing structure which can fix a spring and a shaft to each other without boring the shaft, and makes a spring fixing location arbitrarily adjustable, to thereby allow minute adjustment in balance of the shutter in the mounting field. SOLUTION: The spring-and-shaft fixing structure in the shutter takeup body, has a cylindrical portion 7 having a gap S secured on a circumferential wall of the shaft; an engaging portion 15 protruding from the cylindrical portion 7; a turing restricting body 17 formed in the cylindrical portion; and a diameter decreasing means for decreasing an inner diameter of the cylinder portion 7 by narrowing the gap S. The cylindrical portion 7 is rotatable on the shaft 1 and movable in an axial direction in the state that a spring end 40 is engaged with the engaging portion 15 and the shaft 1 is inserted in the cylinder portion 7. The turing restricting body 17 is provided with an abutting portion 170 for inhibiting the cylindrical portion 7 from rotating in a direction that loosens twisting of the spring 4 upon abutting on the circumferential surface of the shaft 1. Therefore by decreasing the internal diameter of the cylindrical portion 7 by the diameter decreasing means, the abutting portion 170 abut on the circumferential surface of the shaft 1, so that rotational and axial movement of the cylindrical portion 7 on the shaft 1 are restricted.
