PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for controlling the breeding environment for aquatic organism that can highly exactly adjusting the pH of the breeding water with a relatively simple device by directly controlling the breeding water with the electric management. SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a pH sensor 10 for detecting the pH of the breeding water, the first electrode 6 that is arranged in the breeding water and has relatively large electrostatic adsorption ability, the second electrode 7 that has a relatively small electrostatic adsorption, a DC power source 4 for applying a DC voltage to the first and the second electrodes 6, 7, and the control circuit 8 for controlling the pH of the breeding water by applying the DC current on the first electrode 6 and the second electrode 7 so that the plus ion or the minus ion in the breeding water may be selectively more adsorbed on the basis of the detection of the above pH sensor 10.
