摘要 A method for preparing an alcoholic drink or general drink by culturing a green M microorganism is provided to allow the drink to have various tastes and functions by the green M microorganism capable of removing organic remnants from the drink, and add additional functions and tastes to a drink original solution or a fermenting original solution through direct or indirect culturing of the green M microorganism. To prepare an alcoholic drink or a general drink, a green M microorganism is added to a fermenting original solution including yeast and fruit for preparing an alcoholic drink, and is directly cultured therein; or a green M microorganism separately cultured in a specific original solution is added to a fermented drink solution.
