Provided is an ultrahigh speed revolution meat slicer incorporating belt type power transmission to prevent meat from sticking to the blade, causing an unnecessary waste, and to make the thickness of meat thin as even as possible. The ultrahigh speed revolution meat slicer comprises a revolution unit forming revolution of a rotating circular cutter blade. The revolution unit includes an axis of revolution/rotation(301) as a fixture, an axis of revolution(206), revolution axis bearings A,B, a revolution axis pulley(203), a revolution axis bearing A oil seal(204) inserted into the revolution axis pulley(203), a revolution/rotation frame(209), and a revolution axis bearing B oil seal(204) inserted into the central surface of the revolution/rotation frame(209). Depending on the kind of meat, an inverter-controlled rotation motor(101) and a revolution motor(201) are operated in different speeds.
