A flat dipole antenna structure carrying out slot-impedance matching is provided to extend a wave receiving/transmitting distance of an electronic tag according to wave reception having a directional characteristic. A flat dipole antenna structure includes dipoles(1,2) formed in a meander or loop pattern, slot holes(1h,2h) formed on the dipoles, connection ports(1p,2p), a substrate(3), and an RF circuit input terminal(4). At least one flat dipole antenna having at least one pair of slot holes is connected in series with the RF circuit input terminal of the antenna through the connection ports to detect an RF signal. An electric energy is induced in the RF circuit by interaction of the antenna patterns.
