<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly environmentally-resistant solar cell device capable of preventing a solar cell from being broken when assembling the solar cell device, even in a solar cell in which an electrode is not provided to the light-receiving face side and all the electrodes of positive/negative poles are formed to the rear face side by through-holes. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell device is provided with the solar cell in which the light-receiving face of a p-type semiconductor having a plurality of the through-holes penetrating the light-receiving face and its rear face, inner walls of the through-holes, and each periphery of the through-holes in the rear face are made into an n-type, and a positive electrode connected with a p-type part and a negative electrode connected with an n-type part are formed on its rear face; and a substrate having a wiring pattern formed corresponding to electrode forming positions of the solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
