摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a material heat conductivity of glass fiber used in a core material to reduce heat conductivity of a vacuum heat insulating material, and to secure a function as the porous core material even with the glass of poor strength. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum heat insulating material 1 comprises the core material 2 composed of glass fiber, a moisture adsorbing material 3, and a package material 4 having gas barrier property and covering the core material 2 and the moisture adsorbing material 3. A pressure inside of the package material 4 is reduced to seal the package material, the glass fiber includes at least one kind of alkali metal oxide in a glass composition within a range of 20-40% in total, the heat conductivity of the glass fiber material is 1 W/mK or less, and an average fiber diameter of the glass fiber is within a range of 1-20μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
