<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting/removing device for a axle arm of a vehicle capable of performing the mounting/removing operation easily and safely without imposing a significant physical burden on an operator and of removing the axle arm certainly even if the object is a seized article with rusting fast severely. <P>SOLUTION: The arrangement according to the invention comprises a truck 1, a table slidable on the truck in the direction fore and aft, a stopper 9 located in front of the table and fastened to the part under the back face of the axle arm, a clamp arm 7 extending over the table to ahead of the table and fastened to the part over the back face of the axle arm, and a pressing member 10 retractable in the fore-and-aft direction of the table. When the pressing member advances to cause pressing the axle end of the vehicle axle whereon the axle arm is mounted, the table, the stopper fixed thereto, and the clamp arm are retreated by the reaction force, which allows removal of the axle arm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
