PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveniently forming microstructured products having a desired shape and small variations in size with good yields and at low cost. SOLUTION: The method for producing the microstructure comprises the steps of supplying a 1st liquid to a 1st flow path, supplying a 2nd liquid to a 2nd flow path that is formed so as to enclose the 1st flow path, and making the 1st liquid come into contact with the 2nd liquid at a point where the 1st flow path and the 2nd flow path meet, wherein the laminar flow of the 1st liquid is made to come into contact with the same of the 2nd liquid.
