PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric field light-emitting element having superior luminescent characteristics and driving durability. SOLUTION: In the organic electric field light-emitting element, at least a light emitting layer comprising a light emitting material and a host material, a hole pouring promotion layer and a hole transporting layer comprising a hole transporting material are provided in this order between a pair of electrodes. The hole pouring promotion layer includes the hole transporting material. The thickness of the hole pouring promotion layer is 0.1-0.3 nm. When ionization potential of the hole transporting material of the hole transporting layer is Ip1, ionization potential of the hole transporting material of the hole pouring promotion layer is Ip2, and ionization potential of the host material is Ip3; a relation of Ip1<Ip2<Ip3 is satisfied.
