摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for manufacturing inexpensive micro heat sinks provided with high cooling performance and allowed to be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A spacer having a plane size smaller than each fin member is arranged between a plurality of fin members on one end side of the fin members to regulate an interval between the fin members to a prescribed value by the thickness size of the spacer, and at least the one end of these fin members is fixed on a base member to which a heater is connected, by a combining member such as solder arranged on a position including the position of the spacer and close to the base member.
