摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly sensitively and quantitatively detecting defects in a metal layer of nickel or a nickel alloy on copper or a copper alloy and provide an electrolytic solution to be used. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution acquired by adding alcohols to a chlorine compound aqueous solution is used as the electrolytic solution, and an object to be tested in which a metal layer of nickel or a nickel alloy is formed is electrolytically treated. A sample of which defective parts are to be detected is used as an anode and electrolytically treated. In the case that the sample is electrolytically treated as an anode here, it is possible to use a constant voltage or a constant current.
