PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of inside and outside support seats capable of " pull operation " in the lower direction as it is, by hooking a hand on the upper end of an operation member. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the inside and outside support seats is connected to a door wall in an opposed state via a first fixture, and respectively pivots inside and outside operation members via a support shaft. The inside support seat is composed of a mounting base seat connected to an inner wall of at least the door via the first fixture integrally with the outside support seat and a support seat body fixed to this mounting base seat via a second fixture.
