PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load of a worker accompanied by operation of a ground leveling apparatus by interlocking lifting and lowering operation of a planting apparatus and lifting and lowering operation of a ground-leveling apparatus with on-off operation of power transmission to the ground-leveling apparatus and repeatedly and surely practicing on-off of the power transmission by same timing. SOLUTION: Lifting and lowering of the ground leveling apparatus 51 and on/off of power transmission to the ground leveling apparatus 51 are simultaneously controlled by operating one operation lever 85. Even when power transmission is set to "on" by an operation lever 85, if a planting apparatus 31 is raised, an interlocking mechanism 120 forcibly sets power transmission to the ground-leveling apparatus 51 to "off".
