A light-diffusing sheet for an LCD backlight unit is provided to prevent damage of a light guide plate and a diffusion plate by including polyamide particles at a back layer of a light diffusing sheet. A light-diffusing sheet for a backlight unit includes a transparent base sheet(1), a front light diffusing layer(2) formed on one side of the base sheet by mixing a binder resin and particles, and a back stick preventing layer(3) formed on the other side of the base sheet by mixing a binder resin and particles. The particles of the back stick preventing layer include polyamide component particles.
