A reactive polyolefin-based hot melt adhesive is provided to exhibit improved adhesion and heat resistance, and good high-temperature resistance and chilling resistance and to have a softening point of 170‹C or higher. The reactive polyolefin-based hot melt adhesive comprises 10-80wt% of siloxane graft amorphous polyolefin as reactive polyolefin, 10-70wt% of petroleum-based resin, terpene-based resin, or rosin-based resin as an adhesion enhancer, and 0.1-3wt% of an organic tin-based catalyst, a phosphate-based catalyst, or a metal complex catalyst as a catalyst.
