<p>This invention provides a recursive reflective sheet comprising a plurality of recursive reflective elements (4, 5), a support resin sheet (6), a transparent cover film (1) disposed on the surface side of the support resin sheet (6), and an air layer (16) partially provided between the backside of the transparent cover film (1) and the surface of the support resin sheet (6). The recursive reflective elements (4, 5) are provided on the support resin sheet (6) side. A transparent resin layer (2) is partially present on the backside of the transparent cover film (1). The thickness of the transparent resin layer (2) is smaller than the thickness of the air layer (16). A plurality of first transparent balls (3) are embedded in the transparent cover film (1) on its backside except for the transparent resin layer (2) so that a part of the ball is exposed in the air layer (16). The support resin sheet (6) is partially bonded to the transparent resin layer (2) and/or the transparent cover film (1). Thus, a recursive reflective sheet, which has high observation angle properties and high recursive reflection properties and has a high level of visibility, and production process and use thereof are provided.</p> |
