A backwashing overflow line capable of easily discharging backwashing water from the ion exchange resin regenerating tank by possessing height adjustable variable branched tubes of which heights can be flexibly changed according to the height of an ion exchange resin regenerating tank, the flow amount of backwashing water, and the suspension extent of solids is provided. The backwashing overflow line with variable branched tubes for easily discharging backwashing water in an ion exchange resin regenerating tank(10) comprises 4 to 8 backwashing branched tubes(11) installed upward on the ion exchange resin regenerating tank, wherein the backwashing branched tubes function as induction pipes for flowing backwashing water into a cylindrical overflow line(12) installed in an upper part within the ion exchange resin regenerating tank to discharge backwashing water from the ion exchange resin regenerating tank to the outside during backwashing process. The backwashing branched tubes are constructed in such a variable structure that heights of the backwashing branched tubes can be freely adjusted according to a height from the overflow line to an upper part of the ion exchange resin regenerating tank. The backwashing overflow line further comprises a monitoring window(18) installed on an external pipe(17) of the ion exchange resin regenerating tank connected to the overflow line to monitor outflow of an ion exchange resin(14).
