A structure of an insulation manhole is provided to prevent an accident from an electric shock by making the manhole of reinforced plastic, and to restrict a manhole cover from being displaced or moved by using a manhole cover displacement restricting member. An insulation manhole includes a manhole body(10) opened up and down and installed in a floor, a variable height ring(20) combined with an upper part of the manhole body and provided with a fitting sill, and a manhole cover(30) placed in the variable height ring. The variable height ring or the manhole cover is made of insulation material. A first insulation member(50a) is installed between the manhole cover and the variable height ring, made of reinforced plastic containing unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber and composed of a ring-shaped vertical unit, a plane unit and a cut unit. A second insulation member(50b) is installed between the manhole cover and the variable height ring, and made of reinforced plastic containing unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber.
