<p>Disclosed is a method for reducing the bitterness of a bitter substance contained in a rapidly disintegratable oral tablet in the preparation of the tablet. In the preparation of a rapidly disintegratable oral tablet, the following two materials (a) and (b) are used to reduce the bitterness of a substance having a bitter taste contained in the tablet: (a) a granule which comprises the substance and an excipient and in which the bitterness of the substance is not reduced yet; and (b) a granule which comprises a water-soluble saccharide.</p>
