<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely predict delay payment, before occurrence of the delay, to effectively avoid a risk in a consumer's credit. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring management system 10 is provided with; a means 14 which preliminarily correlates the sort of occupation with an mount of money and records them; a means 11 which retrieves the contents of the records made by the means 14 based on the sort of occupation of a loanee, and evaluates an amount of money, which is preliminarily correlated with the sort of occupation, as the personal credit of the loanee; a means 11 which subtracts a present balance of the loan capital of the loanee from the total amount of the currently estimated value of a security which is offered when the loan is executed and personal credit evaluated by the means 11, and sets the amount of money obtained by the subtraction as the margin buying power of the loanee; a means 14 which preliminarily correlates the margin buying power with action and records them; and a means 11 which retrieves the contents of the records based on the margin buying power set by the means 11 and the recorded content by the means 14, and determines the action, which is preliminarily correlated with the margin buying power, as the action to be made to the loanee. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
