<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information apparatus of leaving a bed and leaving a seat by which a proper measure can be carried out by perceiving leaving the bed or leaving the seat and getting into the bed or taking the seat of a care receiver before a central nurse call system starts operation. <P>SOLUTION: The process of giving information is subdivided, and a period until each information means starts operation can be set independently.
