OIL HEAT DEHYDRATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration processing device improved in energy efficiency by recovering thermal energy.

SOLUTION: The oil heat dehydration device comprises a processing tank for dehydrating a processing object by placing the processing object and processing oil therein and heating the processing oil, and a vapor generation means generating vapor as a heat source of the processing tank. The vapor generation means generates vapor from the vapor released from the processing tank in accordance with dehydration of the processing object. The vapor generation means includes a separation tank for recovering the vapor released from the processing tank in accordance with dehydration of the processing object and separating condensate water therefrom, a boiler generating vapor, and a combining device for combining and supplying the vapor generated in the boiler with the vapor from which condensate water is separated in the separation tank to the processing tank. The vapor generation means further includes a heat exchanger for generating vapor using the heat of the vapor released from the processing tank in accordance with dehydration of the processing object.
