<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device detecting temperature thereof and controlling heating power in compliance with situation with good accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking device is composed of: a heating unit 3; a loading means 2 on which a cooking container 1 is loaded; an infrared-ray detection means 4 arranged under the loading means 2 detecting the infrared-ray irradiated from a bottom face of the cooking container 1; a temperature detection means 5 detecting the temperature of the cooking container basing on the output of the infrared-ray detection means 4; and a control means 6 controlling heating power basing on the output of the temperature detection means 5. When the output of the temperature detection means 5 is maintained in a prescribed value, the control means 6 controls the heating power of the heating unit 3 in conformity with the maintained output. and the temperature detected by the temperature detection means 5 is correct regardless of the shape of the cooking container 1, and the cooking container can be heated effectively without excess or deficiency by controlling heating power of the heating unit 3 in conformity with the maintained output with good accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
