<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate an amount of energy saved due to repairing of facilities, without being influenced by the changes in the environmental factors. <P>SOLUTION: An estimation model 14C for estimating the amount of energy consumption under arbitrary environmental factors, based on facilities at a target repaired situation is prepared by an estimated model preparing means 15A of an energy saved amount estimating system 10, on the basis of a target environmental factors information 14A and an amount 14B of targeted energy consumption of a storage section 14, and the amount 14F of standardized energy consumption for the facilities at a target repaired situation consumed under standard environmental factors, on the basis of the estimation model 14C from standard environmental factors information 14D, is estimated by an energy consumption amount estimating means 15B.
