PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbon black coating, hardly generating sediments by a simple and compact dispersion treatment. SOLUTION: This method for producing the carbon black coating is provided by flowing-in a stock solution containing carbon black powder in an organic solvent into a liquid vessel 42, while agitating the liquid with an agitator 52, dispersion-treating by impressing an ultrasonic wave, filtering by a filter 36 in the vicinity of the ultrasonic wave-impressing part and sending only the dispersion-treated liquid passing through the filter 36 to a product tank 25 from a liquid-discharging port 32.
