PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapidly disintegrating type tablet having rapid disintegrating property in the oral cavity, readily administrable to aged persons, children or patients difficult to swallow, not eluting an active ingredient in the oral cavity and rapidly eluting and absorbing the active ingredient in the stomach or the digestive tract. SOLUTION: The useful and rapidly disintegrating type tablet is obtained by applying protect coat using a film containing a hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose to surface-improved particles obtained by carrying out film-forming treatment of particles containing an active ingredient with mixed polymer of ethylcellulose with an ethyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate copolymer and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
