PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a control device may be enlarged when a redundant bit or additional hardware is packaged, such as an ECC. SOLUTION: When a transient bit error of a memory (RAM) is generated in the control device, ROM data and RAM data are mutually compared in the case of fixed area data. When the compared result is inconsistent, the RAM data are corrected with the ROM data as a real value. In the case of variable area data, the data are tripled, respective data are compared with each other in reading the data, and when one data is inconsistent, two remaining data are regarded as real values and the inconsistent data is corrected.
