摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument of the number of particles constituted so as not only to measure the physical and chemical properties of a liquid to be measured by a simple structure but also to know the volume of the measured liquid to be measured in a real time and capable of preventing the leak of the liquid to be measured to the outside from the terminal part of a flow channel. SOLUTION: The measuring instrument of the number of particles is provided with the flow channel having the introducing port of the liquid to be measured at its one end and allowed to communicate with the open air at the other end, the first detection part due to a physical or chemical means provided on the flow channel and a second detection part for detecting a state that the liquid to be measured reaches a predetermined position near to the other end of the flow channel from the first detection part on the flow channel. The second detection part is provided at a position where the volume of the flow channel from the first detection part to the second detection part becomes a predetermined constant volume.
