PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed elastic support structure for a bridge, which is structurally simple, which makes a construction cost low and which can resist a horizontal force in all directions and upward lift during earthquakes, and an erection method for the support structure. SOLUTION: In this fixed elastic support structure for the bridge, a lower shoe, which is fixed to a lower structure, an elastic load bearing plate, and an upper shoe, which is fixed to an upper structure, are arranged in sequence. Characteristically, a central shear key member, one end of which is fixed to the central part of the lower or upper shoe, is inserted into a through-hole which is formed in the elastic load bearing plate; a large-diameter part, which is formed at the other end of the central shear key member, is engaged with an engaging cut part which is formed in the upper or lower shoe; and the central shear key member is equipped with functions of a shear key in all horizontal directions, and an upper-lift stopper.
