PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry and evaporate various waste liquids such as waste liquid containing sugars like fructose, glucose, liquid sugar and sugar, waste liquid containing milks like lactic acid and fermented milk, and waste liquid containing both of them, in addition to garbage disposal, without causing foaming or sticky state. SOLUTION: This drier is provided with a garbage disposal vessel having a vessel side clutch engaging with a drive shaft side clutch 34 at the bottom part outside of the vessel body, and allowing detachable installable setting of the clutches engaged to each other on a rotary receiving table 4; and a waste liquid treating vessel 1B allowing detachable setting of a cutter and a clutch on the rotary receiving table 4, not on a vessel of a microwave transmitting material.
