A flexible printed circuit board and a liquid crystal display including the same are provided to reduce the cost and the thickness of a slide type mobile phone by reducing use of a connector used for interface between a sliding module and a main module by extending an interface part and a connector connecting part from a circuit area of a flexible printed circuit board. A flexible printed circuit board includes a base film. A driving IC(Integrated Chip) connecting part(121a) is connected with an input terminal of a driving IC providing a driving signal to a display part. A circuit area(121b) has a circuit device for transmitting a predetermined data signal and a control signal to the driving IC. A connector connecting part(121d) is connected with a connector(174b) mechanically contacting with a key input unit. An interface area(121c) connects the circuit area with the connector connecting part.
