摘要 <p>The present invention provides a closed cycle superfine and high yield grinding control method and apparatus of saving energy and environmental friendly type for industrial waste slag. The method combines a drying step and a fine grinding step, adopts an online monitoring step, automatically adjusts and controls process parameters. Therefore, the invention changes the opened process in the prior art into the closed cycle process, shortens the process flow, achieves automatically controlling and adjusting the process parameters, and attains the object of superfine grinding and high yield. So the invention enhances the application value of industrial waste slag, extends the application range of industrial waste slag, and increases the extra value of final product. The apparatus primarily adds a wind sweeping drying grinding mill, an in-line laser particle detector, and an automatic control device, furthermore selects a fine classifier of high efficiency and a dedustor, so it can reduce occupied floor area, investment and energy consumption, and can increase efficiency and product quality. The apparatus can automatically adjust and control process parameters, improve the physical and chemical performance of industrial waste slag, and change the industrial waste slag to industrial additive or admixture of good performance, therefore it has good economic and social benefit.</p>
