<p>A photosensitive resin composition characterized by comprising (a) 20 to 90 % by mass of a thermoplastic copolymer which contains an a,ß-unsaturated carboxyl-containing monomer as a comonomer and has a carboxyl content of 100 to 600 in terms of acid equivalent and a weight-average molecular weight of 5000 to 500000, (b) 5 to 75 % by mass of an addition-polymerizable monomer having at least one ethylenically unsaturated group at the end, (c) 0.01 to 30 % by mass of a photopolymerization initiator containing a hexaarylbisimidazole, and (d) 0.001 to 10 % by mass of a pyrazoline compound represented by the general formula (I): [Chemical formula 1] (I) wherein A, B and C are each independently a substituent selected from the group consisting of aryl, heterocyclic groups, straight-chain or branched alkyl having three or more carbon atoms, and NR<SUB>2</SUB> (wherein R is hydrogen or alkyl); and a, b and c are integers of 0 to 2 satisfying the relationship: a + b + c > 1.</p> |
