A power supply apparatus and a belt in a mobile body are provided to connect or supply power of various types by including various units for fixing the mobile body or the like and also including various devices for supplying or transmitting the power or a signal to the mobile body, so that miniaturization can be possible in comparison with an existing 2D scanning apparatus by using a linear light source unit positioned in a rotary body or the mobile body. In a belt(200), a part of the inside or the whole surfaces contacting with a pulley(250) are formed by using a conductor. In the outside of the belt, a fixture or a shape for fixing a mobile body(300), which is fixed on the belt and moves, are formed. The belt is a timing belt of which the inside has a saw-toothed shape. The inside of the belt comprises two or more rows of the saw-toothed shapes. To supply or transmit power or a signal, a slip ring is used. Power or signal is connected according as each conductive surface is electrically connected to a connection part of the mobile body through the conductor.
