A plate type turn table is provided to reduce a semiconductor package inspecting time and to simplify a semiconductor package transfer process by loading simultaneously a plurality of semiconductor packages using a simplified structure. A plate type turn table(10) is composed of a plate type elastic member. The plate type elastic member is capable of reducing the distance between adjacent semiconductor packages and loading stably the semiconductor packages on the turn table. The plate type turn table includes vacuum holes(30) for adsorbing the semiconductor packages and quality inspecting portions(40) spaced apart from each other around each vacuum hole.
