A system and a method for controlling an examination of athletic ability are provided to measure the athletic ability by controlling a measurement device according to an explanation of a guide screen. A system(1) for controlling an examination of athletic ability includes a plurality of measurement device terminals(2) and a central measurement server(3) connected through the measurement device terminals(2) and a wire/wireless network. The system(1) requires a physical space to install the plurality of measurement device terminals(2) controlled by being connected to the central measurement server(3). The system(1) is installed on a business, a school, a hospital, and a health club or the like. And, the system(1) is utilized for prescribing an appropriate health program by measuring physique or athletic ability of a person to be examined.
