<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition ameliorating thickness of the skin which reduces in climacteric, having ameliorating effects on wrinkles, flabbiness, firmness, elastic properties. <P>SOLUTION: The oral composition for ameliorating climacteric skin characteristically comprises diosgenin contained in powder of rhizome of dioscoreaceae or extract of the rhizome.
