<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rights investigation support system for easily providing information while supporting rights investigation and for allowing a user to easily obtain highly-precise results from the provided information. <P>SOLUTION: The rights investigation support system is provided with a rights investigation support device 101. The rights investigation support device 101 is provided with an investigation request receiving part 113, which receives request information regarding the rights investigation transmitted from the origin of an investigation request for the rights investigation; a support information transmitting part 122, which transmits support information having input columns prepared by experts regarding intellectual property rights and associated with each element of a target of the rights investigation to terminals of members executing the rights investigation on the basis of the request information; a support information receiving part 123 for receiving the support information in which the investigation results to the rights investigation are inputted to the input columns; a requested information providing part 121 for providing the requested information to the members; and for disclosing the received support information to the members, and an investigation result informing part 126 for informing the request origin of the investigation request about the received support information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
