<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaging container with dispenser, and a packaging body in which the container need not be cleaned, and any complicated filling work is unnecessary. <P>SOLUTION: A dispenser is attached to a packaging container. The packaging container comprise a container body, a lid screwed-engaged to the container body, a fitting lid locked to the container body, and a holding body supported by the fitting lid. The holding body is accommodated inside the container body, and capable of holding a bag body into which a suction pipe of the dispenser is inserted. The container can be similarly used to a conventional liquid container with a pump, the workability of refilling contents is enhanced, only the empty bag body is disposed of after the use, and the container can be recyclable many times.
